Our Testing Standards
Refrigeration :
We don’t just check if it gets cold — we verify performance.

Temperature probes are used to monitor cycle times

We ensure the compressor is kicking on and off correctly

We confirm the unit reaches and maintains proper food-safe temperatures

We check evaporators, fans, gaskets, and overall efficiency

Hot Side (Cookline Equipment) :
Heat settings should be accurate — not “close enough.”

We calibrate ovens, griddles, and fryers when needed

We use thermometers to verify real temperatures
(If you set it to 300°, we make sure it actually hits 300°) -
We check recovery times, safety valves, and proper ignition
